I paid Dr. Bernard to straighten my top teeth. During the course of his orthodontic treatment, one of my teeth cracked under pressure and became infected. The tooth was swollen, loose, and extended during my last visit. I complained about the pain and the obvious problem was not addressed. Two days later, my regular dentist told me the tooth needed to be pulled. I also was told that I now have extensive bone loss due to long term infection which occurred during the treatment.
